1.Ticket Validity:
  • Tickets are valid only for the specific date of entry.
  • Tickets become invalid after the scheduled date unless extended due to unforeseen circumstances like maintenance or weather conditions.
2.Rescheduling due to Maintenance:
  • In case of maintenance or operational issues, your booking may be rescheduled to the next available date.
  • You will be notified via email or SMS in such cases.
3.Opening Hours:
  • The aquarium operates daily from 10:00 AM until 6:00 PM.
  • Hours may vary during special events or seasonal changes.
4.Child Policy:
  • Children under 3 years can enter for free.
  • Children aged 3 to 12 years will be charged. Please refer to the Ticket Rates for more details.
5.Ticket Issuance:
  • Tickets must be purchased in advance, either online or at the designated ticket counter.
  • Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable except in cases of maintenance or operational issues.
6.Identification:
  • Visitors may be required to show valid identification upon entry.
  • The name on the ticket must match the identification presented.
7.Safety Regulations:
  • All visitors must follow safety instructions provided by the aquarium staff.
  • Visitors are not permitted to tap on the glass, feed the animals, or engage in activities that may disturb marine life.
  • In case of emergencies or adverse weather conditions, the management reserves the right to close the aquarium for safety reasons.
8.Luggage and Personal Belongings:
  • Visitors are encouraged to travel light. Large luggage items are not allowed inside the aquarium.
  • The management is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings.
9.Health & Fitness:
  • Visitors with health conditions such as heart issues, vertigo, or other concerns should consult a doctor before visiting the aquarium.
  • Pregnant women and individuals with mobility issues are advised to consider the safety implications before visiting the aquarium.
10.Behavior and Conduct:
  • Any unruly or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate removal from the premises without a refund.
  • Visitors must respect the aquarium staff, marine life, and property.
11.Liability:
  • The management is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during your visit, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
12.Environmental Responsibility:
  • Visitors are requested to avoid littering and to dispose of waste in designated bins to help maintain the cleanliness of the aquarium and its surroundings.
  • Respect for marine life and ecosystems is required, and feeding or touching the animals is strictly prohibited unless guided by staff.
